bad request error on razorpay

I need a freelancer to see the integration of razorpay on my websites. Sometimes the payment gets successful and sometimes it shows bad request error to my clients. This error bad request error is coming from last 1 month around.
We are not sure why it is working sometimes and why it shows bad request. Please help
