Im looking for a team of developers that can help me develop a system for assessing employees in the maritime field. The system among other consist of: A cross plattform app: ios,android and windows 10 (not phone) A server side development with a web fronted, a connection to a CRM system and a business intelligence reporting system. All required information is in the attached file. In that you will find a link to a dropbox folder that contain all relevant information for this bid. * This is a LARGE system, please read the SRS before asking questions. * Not complete proposals will be disregarded (info in the attached file on that) * I will not shortlist for this project until end of next week around the 26th of April * I will do skype calls with shortlisted companies, but will not do skype calls before that.
