Another arrowchat mod

Hello I use Arrow Chat software, and I would like the popout version of arrow chat to have the 'private' tab gone. Which I would like chatrooms to be the default selected so when someone comes to popout chat they see the list of chat rooms. I would like the number of chatrooms people can join to be either a really high number, or unlimited currently they can only join 3. The last thing is I want this option within the arrow chat admin menu to be available for all chatrooms " Default Chat Rooms to Always Show Usernames Checking this will change the default of only showing user's avatars in chat rooms to showing their names as well. The user will still be able to change this setting." I would like all chatrooms to show names and avatars.
