Altcoins trading algorithm

I need a neural nets and/or trading algorithm. I need an algorithm that performs trades on real time on Bittrex and Poloniex using theirs API’s, with a GUI showing trading graphs and live trades (entry and exit points), etc. Programming languages, Python, C++. The algorithm must be based on technical analysis Bollinger Bands, Ichimoku clouds, MACD, ADX and Sentiments to confirm trends, direction, pivots and signal strength for entry and exit points. The algorithm must be flexible in order to trade several different coins simultaneously, also the technical indicators parameter’s must be adjustable trough the GUI or in the code itself. It must be clearly specify the code section to input/modify the parameters mentioned above. The algorithm must constantly check/verify the entry and exit orders to validate if they are getting behind on the queue, cancel orders and try again and again with a minimum difference until the trade is successful, checking that the trade still profitable. The profitability percentage also must be adjustable, same as stop loss. Back testing is necessary to validate the strategies, so the algorithm must integrate a back testing allowing the input of time frames, coins, outputs, GUI showing entry and exit points, profit, losses. When enter and exit, the algorithm sends an email to a determined address.
