Advanced Web Mailing System

We need to make a mailing system for all users that is capable of importing unlimited email addresses without issues at any given time. The system will have the capacity to send emails, send sms, extract email addresses from various online sources, verify emails addresses and so on. Please see the wireframe for details - [login to view URL] The software will primarily be in PHP. You will create a good database for this process.
Also attached are the milestones for your understanding of what we want to do. We will give you a source code from a popular software which will be used for this process in adding many things with exception of SMS, email verifier etc. Pls check the wireframe fully. The source code is a running software that works and had sold many copies.
This is expected to be completed in the next 2-3 months, so bear in mind that time is of the essence. We need experienced person to work on this project and not just jokers.
