Add new filters and features on my onlineshop (Ruby on Rails)(Paymentgateway: Stripe) based on sharetribe opensource

I am running an onlineshop with is based on sharetribe(an opensource marketplace solution)
sharetribe comes with webframe ruby on rails.
the task is to add some filters and features
filters to add:
-radius around(perimeter) -> show only products with are inside perimeter (5km,10km,20km,50km,100km)
-sort -> Filter with 4 cases; sort the products by cheapest, most expensive, shortest distance, newest products
-availability -> shows only products witch are available on that date range that user search for.
Feature to add:
-Discountprize (volume related price)
All these is written in the attached word file.
