Add a custom product page to my wordpress site

Have a look at ([login to view URL]). We are a subscription service for sanitary napkins. Right now, you'll see if a customer wants to place the order, she'll click any of the action calls on homepage such as 'Create a Package' or 'Get Pfiery'. On clicking, a pop up will appear asking for her brand and size. After selecting "BRAND', the price will appear as prices are linked only to brand selection, each brand has a different price. She clicks 'Add to cart' and its added, once the user clicks 'Order now', she will be directed to the Checkout page and voila. I need two things from you: 1. Link prices to the quantity she selects. If you see, currently price is linked to 'BRAND' she selects. But from now on, we only want to charge according to the quantity and there are only 2 quantities a user can select, which means only 2 prices. Prices are: 8 pads = Rs 399 | 16 pads = Rs 599. 2. Now, the important addition I want is to remove this pop up, and send user to a product page when she clicks 'Create a package'. The design is attached below, I'll provide the background image. This product page will contain a beautiful, minimal form and all fields must be mandatory in the form. I want no dropdowns or other selection. Need to keep it as visual as possible. In the form, upon BRAND selection, SIZES will change according to BRAND she chose everything else will be as usual but the moment a user selects the 'QUANTITY' she wants, the price will appear, beside the 'Next' button. On clicking next, the form will perform some computer magic in background and will calculate that which 'PAD TYPES' match her SIZE + BRAND selection, then the form will show the next part with field 'SELECT ASSORTMENT' and below it we will show the PAD TYPES that are available under her selected BRAND and her selected SIZE. If she selects any of the listed PAD TYPES, 'Add to cart' button will turn green and she can simply press 'Add to cart' and checkout. But if she selects 'Customize' option, which will be in the end, then text fields will appear in front of all the above PAD TYPES. Now she can customise her box, as she can get 4 of one kind and 12 of another kind. Or Whatever assortment she chooses. But it is mandatory for her to make the total pads = 16. This will be shown below, by the 'Remaining pads' counter. As she will add pads, this counter will change. And once this counter shows '0' the 'Add To Cart' button will turn green and clickable. Once she clicks 'Add to cart', a busy icon appears, starts rolling while order processes, and then a pop up of 'Success' appears showing that her package is added to cart. this pop up will ask her to 'confirm order' or 'add another package'. If she clicks 'confirm order' she'll be directed to the checkout page. If she clicks, 'add another package', then she'll return to our product page from start, she'll select all things for the 2nd package now. 1st is added to her cart. That's it. Also, we receive orders through an email right now. In it, we get all the fields she selects except 'SIZE'. But now, we will need all fields in the email. From this additional form, we will need fields BRAND, SIZE, ASSORTMENT (in case she doesn't customize her box), but if she customizes then all the custom fields along with the number she will put in the fields need to show up in the order email. I have attached the images of how it will look. I want it exactly same. Line by line, point by point, and strictly follow the spacing in the design. I don't want things overlapping each other and giving an unprofessional impression. Only send the proposal if you think you can make it look exactly as shown in the design, desktop + mobile. Everything has to be optimized. I dont think it would take more than 3 - 4 hours for a wordpress expert.
