Please note that my bid and delivery timeline are currently just placeholders, I will need to review the existing site and functionality to determine the best development plan, the costs and delivery time frame. Since you're looking to sell your system to others, rebuilding using PHP would probably be the best choice as it is more widely used than ASP is now. I work with both ASP and PHP so I'm able to review the existing code and replicate that functionality in PHP. Also since this is something you're selling, you'll want to have a system which is easily deployed, configured and updated by those you sell to.
