Small modification of Opencart admin Search function of Orders

I need an opencart expert for a small modifiaction of Opencart of the search function in Orders menu. I want the first field "Order ID" also to be able to search in the Comment section of Order History of a certain order. So the comment field should be added with "OR" operator. If there is a number in the comment field, I should be able to search for it via Order ID search field. Attached you will find which comment field I am talking about. I can offer $5 /h and 1 hour of work for this project.
