Python or PHP Expert Required

I am looking for a freelancer to write the following code with a working API connect, so that I can use it as a basis for my code. BELOW ARE THE COMPLETE REQUIREMENTS. If you ask me for the project details, I am just going to point you back to this post. SUMMARY: Code will connect to the GDAX API as documented here: [login to view URL] (Note that this will require you to create an account on gdax, but it is free and you do not have to deposit any money.) Then call the Get Product Order Book API documented here: [login to view URL] and display the results. DETAILED REQUIREMENTS IF YOU CHOOSE PHP: The code displays a webpage with a button that the user can click to start the process. Once the user clicks the button, the code calls the Get Product Order Book API [login to view URL] for the ETH-USD order book. The web page displays the returned API results. The code calls the API once every 5 seconds for 30 seconds (7 calls total), and adds the results of the new call to the webpage. Then it stops. DETAILED REQUIREMENTS IF YOU CHOOSE PYTHON Code is executed by running python via the command line. When the code is executed, it prompts the user with "Press Y to start." If the user enters any key other than Y, the program ends. If the user enters "Y" then the code begins executing. It calls the Get Product Order Book API [login to view URL] for the ETH-USD order book. The code prints the results of the API call in the terminal. The code calls the API once every 5 seconds and prints new results, for 30 seconds. (7 calls total) Then it stops. If your code requires me to install external libraries or pip's, please also supply clear instructions on what libraries and how to install them. I will test the code by inserting my information for the three authentication factors: Key, Secret, and Passphrase, and then running the code. I will only release payment after I have tested it and confirmed it functions as described above.
