Postgres Database into Website Table -- 2

I have a postgres database, i need a simple website that will populate data from that database into table. I must have options to edit,search,sort and modify what is shown in the table. I also need one cell to be modified like that: http://example.com=$cellvalue And when i click that link (cell) it automatically updates one cell in the database.
