Re-Design Existing Pages Within Existing Web Template

Hello, We're looking for a long term, part time web designer that we trust to do good work. We have a large, growing business and have ongoing work for somebody that is a self starter, is quick to understand our requirements, and does quality work. This first job is a "tester". If you really "nail" this - we'll continue to give you lots of work. There are 2 pages we need "cleaned up" and beautified. All the code is DONE, all you have to do is organize/beautify/simplify/layout the pages within the existing template. These are direct response style pages. This link: [login to view URL] Shows an image of our dream job quiz results page. There are 6 different big chunks of content we need formatted, article style. Headlines, subheads, a little tasteful use of color to make the content really pop. Each user will get 1 of the 6 pieces of content based on the quiz results. The video at the top will be 640X360 in width...we haven't shot it yet. That one is a placeholder. Things need to be centered where appropriate, etc. The next page is this one: [login to view URL] This is our webinar registration page that comes at the END of the dream job quiz. There are 4 things we are trying to accomplish here. 1. Let them know their quiz results including the most important question they missed. 2. Get them to sign up for the webinar. 3. Let them see the cheat sheet screenshots. 4. Display the testimonial box with the live chat screenshot. It's cluttered and we need someone with experience with direct response sales pages to lay this out in the best way possible...
