Create a WordPress Landing Page (1 Page Only)

I need to create a landing page for a Mobile IT Company (Content & Design) We are currently have a landing page but we want to change it to a better looking , eye catching and easy to navigate and give the customer a different approach with different information. We specialized in ON SITE Home and Small business Computer Repair & networking. I can provide the current landing page upon request. Requirements: - Create a Full Landing Page compatible with all platforms -Using Parallax is OK -All images have to be royalty free -Use website Matching Colors If you are the winner, I will give you access to our website so you can Implement and add your coding to our landing page.
