Convert Excel Worksheets with a Macro to Online Forms

I want to create an online quiz for students. The quiz consists of 7 mathematical questions. For each question, students are required to put numerical answers into a table. Once they have completed the questions, they will click a Submit button which will then send their answers (and their names, IDs, date & time, etc.) to a database. One feature of the quiz is that the values of the parameters in a question are randomized. So, each question will be different for every student. Currently, I have the quiz questions in an Excel spreadsheet, and I use a macro to generate the random values for the parameters. I can share the spreadsheet with anyone interested in bidding for this project. I will need the online quiz to have the same feature, i.e. to be able to randomize the parameter values every time the quiz is started. This should be a fairly straightforward job for those who has the expertise. I will need the work to be completed by this Friday, February 17, 2017.
