Build a chrome extension

I need a custom Chrome extension build, something like FoxyProxy, Switchy: 1. Extension should be possible to handle different proxy servers. 2. The extension user should be able to add url patterns for when proxy to be used. 3. The extension should be able to force same ip, different user:password combination which to be changed by url pattern. What i mean is that: Tab1:[login to view URL] is matched with proxy: 1.1.1.1:3028 username1:password1 Tab2:[login to view URL] is matched with proxy: 1.1.1.1:3028 username2:password2 Tab3:[login to view URL] is matched with proxy: 1.1.1.1:3028 username3:password3 a friend of mine told me this is not possible to be achieved and the result will always be: Tab1: [login to view URL] - proxy: 1.1.1.1:3028 username1:password1 Tab2:[login to view URL] is matched with proxy: 1.1.1.1:3028 username1:password1 Tab3:[login to view URL] is matched with proxy: 1.1.1.1:3028 username1:password1 ====================================== If you can not develop 3 points from my requirments please do not bid.
