Website design needed

We are a web development company located in Romania and we are looking for talented and serious web designers. Your first job would be designing a website for our company. We want it realised as a Drupal theme. We have a banner for you to work on and we will send it to you once you give us a quote. Your main job will be designing layouts for some of the websites we build. We like clean, original layouts so don't think about using existing free templates on the web. A great advantage would be if you know already how to make drupal, joomla and oscommerce themes. Then your job will be creating the basic layout(psd or something similar) and then after our client approves the design you will adapt it to Drupal,Joomla, OsCommerce or just plain html/css. We also might have tasks in photo editing. We are not fans of flash but it's not bad if you know it. So the requirements are: * Talent in creating good looking things * Photoshop, XHtml, Css * Drupal and OsCommerce templates * Good english + yahoo messenger * Flash ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
