website cleanup/revamp

I have an existing website built 7 years ago. It was built using frames which hurts my search ranking. I want to redesign it without frames. I have started this project with an HTML editor and photoshop but am not pleased with my results. I would like to have all these pages redesigned. The pages should look all the same and I will provide content, just need ability to edit content from time to time. I intend to change to a new payment gateway you can see if you try to chekcout from /2shop.html. I have chosen the new CC processor because they support paypal pro (I want to get away from [login to view URL]) and because they have an affiliate program. Along with the website redesign I need about 8 different sizes of flash animation banners of various sizes that my affiliates can use on their webpages, or as pop-ups on their webpages. I have a storyboard for how the flash banners should look - a simple 5 slide flash banner. I would like to clean up the layout of existing redesigned content pages to make them more compact and easy to read. Make it look more professional and upscale. My buttons and banner should be remade to look neater (i.e. look like tabs, more integreated look with the banner), rollover links on content pages (instead of blue underline links) and other small tricks that make the site neat and clean. Bidders please point to existing sites you have done. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This site will be hosted at the same place that hosts it now. I have enough skills to re-index the site, upload via FTP and made minor edits to HTML and content when necessary. All pages will be hosted there, except the commerce back-end will be handled from 1shoppincart.com. This is currently functional from [login to view URL] - the page is hosted at a host while the commerce is handled at 1shoppingcart.com. I don't know what kind of platform its on - but it's all HTML pages which I have no trouble uploading. The site needs to be compatible with IE, Firefox/Mozilla, AOL and Netscape if possible.
