Proposal Generator and CMS

Hey All, I'm after a business proposal generator. What I'd like is something that I can put some templates into with editable fields (ie 2 pics and some copy). Then one of my users can navigate the program, drag an A4 template page on to their workspace and then drag and drop photos and other images in to defined areas. They can also copy and paste text into it. The file navigation menu will be something like the file system on a mac or an ipod (ie click on a folder it moves to the left, out of view and that folder's listing is shown). It needs to be based in a database with information that can be saved and opened and so it can tie in with a CMS system as well. Stage 1 features it needs: - ipod style navigation - drag and drop images for editing - image preview for draging and dropping - printable A4 pages - able to add templates - admin area for adding and removing templates - output needs to be: Web Page, PDF, Printable A4 document - able to do a dynamic directory listing. - Able to open an already created proposal (created with this system) and edit it or save it as a new one. - automatic pagination - automatic contents pages It will be based on a relational database with the following main tables: Regions (ie QLD Australia) Offices (multiple offices to 1 region) Agents (multiple agents to 1 office) It is for a real estate office, but needs to be created fairly generic. I imagine it would be easiest to be created in flash or dhtml and ajax. I would need all source code of the end product for further customising and editing. Stage 2 would be a full CMS system based on the same database. with similar templates. I will be creating all templates. I would prefer someone who is available on one of the following MSN, Skype or GoogleTalk. There needs to be a pretty short turn around time on this.
