Moof.com Clone With Additional Features

Hi, I'm looking for a clone of [login to view URL] with a few additional features. Moof is a online music player. There are two key features. One is the ability to upload XML files from Itunes and moof will recreate your Itunes library on the web. The second feature is that Moof streams its music from youtube using the youtube API. We want a copy of the features of [login to view URL] and some minor design changes. We'll also add some additional features to the script. You can use any language you want - Moof is built in flash but you can use anything. I've set an estimate at $800 based on what I've seen from other coders, but feel free to go higher or lower, I will consider bids holistically.
