Microsoft Word File to HTML Conversion

All I want is convert MS Word File (can have text any language) convert to HTML without unnecessary tags. 4. File will have text, header, paragraph, paragraph underline, paragraph bold, two column table etc, no image. 5. I already know File > Convert > save as .html > and delete unnecessary tags and write what needed or copy paste. 6. I want fastest quickest way to do it quick. 7. You can tell me any software that can do it or write custom or whatever 8. Must stay online to let me test solution must be quick and available person 9. I have nothing to share with you expect words above, you can do your testing creating a MS Word document with 20,000 characters about 30 paragraphs with different text formatting styles.
