Audio-Video Recorder / Chat / Messenger / PPV IPTV / PPC Ad Affiliate Module for community site

I want to create a white label solution of userplane .com that incorporates real-time streaming live: 1) audio/video Recording 2) text/audio/video Chat 3) text/audio/video Messenger 4) audio/video IPTV broadcasting with PPV functionalities 5) PPC / Revenue sharing solution based on user created content I need an integrated version of this software for a white label website solution. Furthermore, from the white label, users are also able to cut and paste HTML source code and input them in their website or their Myspace-type community site pages i.e the database is owned by the white label owner not the user that is cutting and pasting the html source code. Applications: 1) music websites with artists 2) adult websites with models 3) anything that relates to paid content and a publisher of content. Audio / Video Recording to be used in Profile / Free or Paid Webcast / Podcasting The Audio or/and Video recording application must allow websites to easily allow their users to record their own audio and/or video messages, profiles, ads and much more. Recorder will allow users to record advanced audio/video to be used for video blogging, video profiles and sending video messages. Can use this application to podcast, vidcast, vlog as well as incorporate this in a IPTV scenario where they can charge for their conten. Must work with almost any standard web camera and/or microphone. Content Broadcasting with Revenue Generation IPTV - It will function like a TV video broadcaster that allows multiple users watch live and prerecorded audio/video entertainment from website content that has been submitted. I would like to be able to decide whether i want to pay on a per view basis, on a per minute basis, on a performance basis, for a trial basis (either by minutes or by limited number of views) or for free. The user/admin can determine this. This will be integrated with Paypal and the major internet processing companies. Note that users will be credited for the sales generated and a revenue share will be shared with the white label owner. Revenue share is determined by the admin and cost per minute/view is determined by the user. Invisible mode should also be integrated. Also the messenger/chat rooms should say who is online / offline. You are also able to sending messages when other user is offline. All chat/broadcasting modules must be completely customizable and must integrate seamlessly with existing client databases and all scripting languages including PHP, .NET, JAVA. User tagging of keywords and community building I would like the content to be RSS embedded for each user as well as the ability for the user to tag their vodcast using keywords and description as well as categorize it from a selection of categories the admin chooses.
