I have now hired someone to make this both times I have not received what I want if you choose to accept this project understand their will be no MILESTONES MADE, No PAYMENTS Will Be MADE until I am 100% happy with your work. My current site I can not post without errors, may errors were created, and promised to be fixed although I extended the deadline 3 times programmer still did not complete the project. I want to start over, I want a custom template, that is 100% original below are my requirements 1. a clean simple design - error free word press template for Samplecrazy.com. Template must be Free Sample directory relevant, Search friendly, cross browser compatible, & mobile ready, so all visitors can find all the Free Samples I will be posting. Site will need a main menu for home, about, coupons, birthday stuff, contact us,contact page Categories on left column. I am open to suggestions as you most likely have more experience than me. site may start from a free WP template/ theme, but must not look like any other site currently live on the internet highway. (have plugins for this selected programmer may use different one or your own.) 4. design is to be simple yet stunning and competitive, ad stand out next to all the other free sample directories 5. I will have long term work for selected programmer, for template updates, changes, and creating new sites. You need to understand that there will be no milestones or any payments made until site is 100% complete and correct!! I will not be ripped off again!! I do have another job to be completed immediately after this site is complete and you have been paid. Second job would be to create a Mobile app. that finds free stuff for this site. to be discussed later on. This site is not a hard to develop, ad should be kept simple THEIR Will BE NO MILESTONES OR PAYMENTS MAE UNTIL 100% COMPLETED! I have had enough of people that say they a programmer, when I can do more then them myself! and will not pay for a half ass job ever again!
