Wordpress Custom Post Types/Buddy Press Social Site Project

We are currently undergoing migrating data from an old Joomla site and an even older JSP custom site. To accomplish this we are using Custom Post Types. We are basically recreating a social music site in Wordpress that we had with Jomsocial on Joomla. However many awesome plugins in Joomla do not have WP versions. Therefore we are stuck trying to recreate stuff like Music Videos where we were using the Joomla plugin HWDVideoShare. There are many ways to do what we are doing but we lack the Wordpress and programming experience to make the correct choices. So, that being said we are looking to hire a Senior Wordpress developer to map out how we can our goals accomplished and then implement them. We are looking for someone who is smart, friendly, speaks good English and most importantly is reliable. Someone with 5+ years working with Wordpress and that considers himself an expert in Custom Post Types and creating the Custom Post Type templates that go with them. We are looking for someone to: 1. Tell us the best way to go about migrating this data over using Custom Post Types. 2. Advise us whether our site warrants using Wordpress Multi-Site to add more blogs to be used in sub-domains. 3. Tell us how to get the most out of BuddyPress and offer our users a top notch social experience that default BuddyPress is light years away from 4. Help us allow our Users to get their own URLs 5. Troubleshoot our SEO and help us with our sites rankings 6. Any ideas you can add that will help us generate more traffic If you can help us with this stuff please apply for this job.
