Need Wordpress Expert

I need help making changes to a custom Wordpress theme built for a client. The workspace site is here [login to view URL] (password is villagedge). I need: * The slider images to function like they do here [login to view URL] with a background layer that has a fixed height and relative width, another image layer that has png image that can slide in, and a text layer that slides in. Would like to have options for the sliding effects (speed, direction and length of time the slide is static) * I need all pages to have a fixed with of 1100px so that amost nothing changes size when the browser size changes. The only changes need to be the the width of the background layer of the slider image and the top navigation menu need to continue to change when scrolling down. * Will also need changes to the way the template on this page works and looks [login to view URL] I need all of the above worked on and finished, or close to finished, today. I will likely need more for this project as well as the client gives me notes so I am looking for an affordable hourly budget. I will have more projects like this and am hoping to find someone who can help on an ongoing basis. The ability to take a PSD design and generate a functional, cross-browser compatible Wordpress theme would be ideal. I am in the PST timezone and being in the same or close timezone would be nice.
