Wordpress Theme Modification

I need a wordpress theme designed by modifying an existing theme and incorporating other code elements that will provide slideshow and gallery functionalities. The theme to be modified is Time Management > <[login to view URL]>[.][1] The modifications (attached in 2 jpg sheets) are explained, but here are some of the key operational needs that will have to be performed: * adjustment of width for the page <!-- --> * inserting a slideshow for featured posts on the front page (for example, a slideshow? like this one [login to view URL]) * configuring a wordpress simpleviewer plugin into one gallery page * colour changes (I will provide colour scheme) * addition of widget capability (either to the right hand side or on the bottom - to be discussed) * addition of a social media bar I will be providing assistance in terms of text for central buttons, colours, fonts and such.
