We are looking for a calendar in which will be able to log a variety of information regarding each individual commitment entered into it so as to then be able to sort or filter by the different types of information (a list of the sorts of information we would like to log will be included below). Because many of the commitments we have as a department are complex or take place over several dates or over a period of time, it would be ideal if the calendar software we use was able to both provide a list of dates for a particular type of activity (eg. advising or admissions) when requested AND sort by some sort of visual cue as well (eg. color-coding). It is imperative that the master calendar be accessible for viewing by all of our staff and faculty. We would like for anyone in the department to be able to log in to view the calendar and to sort or filter out the dates which are important to them.
