Wordpress Theme Rebrand White Label Modifications

I have a website that is using the Dandelion theme by Pexeto and I need to have the theme options and admin back end features to be altered so that the theme and it's options are re-branded and all references to the theme/developer are removed and replaced. I will let the winning freelancer know what the theme name and developer need to be changed to. I've attached a few screen shots of the admin panel and some of the areas that need to be modified within the theme so that they don't appear or look branded differently. I will let the winner of the job know what I would like the name of the theme renamed to. I would like to have this done by 8am Friday June 14th USA Central Standard Time if at all possible. Be sure to look at the screen captures to make sure you understand the scope of the project. I will give you what ever level of access to the site you'll need to complete the task once I've awarded you the job. I would also like the freelancer who wins the job to make sure they backup the database and theme before altering anything to insure that if anything goes wrong they can restore it back to it's functioning state before any changes were made. Hopefully it's a fairly simple job for someone. I really appreciate your help!
