Website & Graphic Designer Star - Only high quality please!

I am looking for a talented graphic designer to join my team on either a part time, or full time (where other tasks may be required when not designing). We predominantly get websites built in wordpress so you must be skilled with this software.

Here is a list of must have skills and abilities:

• Comprehensive wordpress and html, and CSS skills

• High quality eye for detail

• Expert in best web practices

• A desire to be the best in the industry

• Show 5 previous website designs

• Show us 5 graphic design samples (if you have them)

• Great English communication skills

• Paypal

• skype

• Good internet connection

Here is a list of elements that we would like but not essential:

• Full suite of designer programmes (adobe creative suite)

• Solid SEO understanding

• Conversion testing

• Video animation / creation

• Experience in business catalyst

You must also be looking to develop a long term relationship, have good internet connection, have references and great English skills and work well as a part of a team.
