We need an exact clone of [login to view URL] dot com So basically we need to working exact cloned (including cpannel/admin) versions of the site. This clone needs to not only look like truveo it must perform the same as well, it must be search engine friendly. Ajax/PHP/API/RSS....... Payment will be made as follows, 1/4 in held in escrow here on GAF will be released after project is completed and put on my server and all tests/pilot goes perfect. 2nd half will be paid after I see the site performing as truveo does, I need to watch site and make sure it indexes pages into search engine as truveo does this could take a little time as I need to see it index at least 100 plus pages. The indexed pages need to index in a dynamic fashion with each title and meta description changing to each page it indexes. After it has indexed a hundred plus pages you will then be paid the second half. If you can agree to the payment terms do not bid, I will not deviate from this payment arrangement.
