Online food delivery website (full design & coding)

I am looking for someone who has previous experience in creating an online ordering system. This system is for a fast food restaurant and the requirements are: -- Front end of system -- - Postcode system - enter a postcode and the system displays all the street addresses. (states no delivery in out of bound area's) - Full user account registration system - (with cookies if stay logged in is clicked and to save time for returning customs - accounts database should store data such as address and contact details) - Full online shopping cart system after postcode is entered, so users can check around to pick the food (editable by back end) - Delivery estimate time (taken from postcode & the current time of the day) - Autoresponder intergration or creation (to send delivery updates and latest offers to customers) - SMS service intergration (to send delivery updates and offers) - Contact me for more information on API - Coupon code system upon checkout (offer X amount off if shared over social network) - Checkout with paypal intergration and also credit card - After checkout is complete return to order comfirmation page with a future coupon offer, -- Back end of system -- - An easy to use and clean interface. - Easy to update and change the food menu. - Automatic invoice system. (when it comes to tax returns i want to be able to print off all invoices at once like on WHMS) - Email & SMS autoresponder system. - Change / Ammend existing orders.
