I am looking for a limited partner to do the work I cannot. I engineer Hardware, know HTML, and work in IT. but I do not design, know PHP, SQL, or anything on that end. I am a network guy. SO, I need a Full Company homepage built from almost scratch, But I allow PHP-Nuke, and I actually prefer that approach because I want full Wysiwyg function. I simply need a super pro layout, Empty drag and drop boxes to put my info into, Java Menus, or anything that looks nice, and a full Shopping cart w/paypal business access for any payment. I will be selling IT services and Microsoft/Other Software first, as I am a re-seller. I plan to build from there, and this should link to 3-4 other full sites. SO, If you dont fail, I will want you for the long haul. ALso, I am offering cloud backup in 3 plans. So, I need 3 Databases ready to host the content. Build how u want, It just needs to work perfect. I will have corporate clients, so, failure means lawsuit. I have a Domain at 1 and 1, and I will purchase all the space I need, and provide all software u need, with lifetime keys. Just ask. This is heavy collaboration, and I expect1-2hrs emeeting time per day. I have more specifics, which should be easy for a coder. The hardest part is My logo, The cloud space, and how I am implementing it. But thats my part. I just need the data secure and monitored, and I need to be taught how to run it myself fully. I plan to go live in 1 month after finding my person. I promise, this is semi-easy. But I need lots of communication. I will tell u what to build, I need u to build it and agree to stay with me for a period of time after. I will expect a mutual contract. Short term. I could Wysiwyg this whole site for about $100, with no custom cloud. So, price will be discussed. Also, I can get ANY software. I am looking for a fixed price site until launch, after that, a contract that will be hourly or fixed, we must agree upon terms. I know how long it all takes, so I can draw a generous support contract later, and I may offer 1 year. An easy 1 year for you. I will handle SEO, Analytics, etc. And I need a GOOD front end so I can update daily. Think MS Word/PHP Nuke. $220 is the fee to build the site in PHP, I will add more for SQL, etc....we will agree, then work begins. Expect $280ish if you can meet all my needs. plus contract time.
