Joomla 1.5 installation complete and hosting secured. All extensions should be Joomla 1.5 native. Sight registration and navigation should be very user friendly. As with every project, time is of the essence, the main goals are to get the site installed and running with the real estate database ready (Possibly with and .csv bulk upload capability) and have the trial membership capability and pre processing in place. • Installation of a membership extension - more advanced than basic Joomla - i.e. Community Builder or Similar Component • Installation of a Real Estate Listings extension tied in with the membership • import sample data from the real estate listings to the home page, without all details with a read more link in each listing that leads to a free trial membership offer page. • Joomla Membership site with control to allow free ten day trial (Editable in Admin) and access to the content on a membership basis. Each markets listings should be parsed so they may be separately searched and possibly only offered to members in those areas. 1. front page to welcome Wholesale investors/ motivated sellers/ realtors/ each should have an area of info.. why this site is beneficial to them.. why they need us.. We want to have banner ads for advertisers on first page..we can charge $ etc. and we want to have a resource center where people can order things.
