Joomla Component Personalisation

I require a component de branding/personalising and some texts changing in the language file, I have purchased this component and will be using it on one site. I need it to fit in with my company colours and require all 'front end' and administration screens personalising. I do not want the developers branding within code changing as I want him to get the benefit of this. I have additional modifications for a later day to be completed so the better you perform this task the more likely you will get selected for future tasks.
