JavaScript/CSS Clean/Validate Expert - CSS3 / PHP Also Required.

We require an expert CSS / CSS3 engineer to build/fix/ and clean our Java scripts/CSS style based on a our new PSD design/website which is already we have converted from PSD to HTML and completed it, but it's still need to clean the Java scripts/CSS from any errors... and please understand to clean all the Errors in Java scripts before the CSS3! so our main work would be need a expert or good guy in JS and then CSS3.. 1) As part of the project, you will need to fix/clean/re-validate the currently style we have for web-main and admin panel and customize it as per our request were we provide you online what to do once the project is awarded, also we will use other websites who we looking to have a style of boarder news from them, and have already need a 2 Java scripts from that website and looking to have it in our website. 2) Also You may need also to fix ADS management which we already have but it's need to corrected some issue there, so you may need to be expert in PHP and don't waste your time or our time in this project if you cannot make it.. also the ADS inside news page and connect the Google ad-sense to be able to managed through admin panel. 3) The last thing here that we need to add this java-script for detect the screen size's for big/small screens...
