Finishing an almost done website (good PHP skills needed)

Hi,
My project of building a simplified freelancer-like website has stranded at 90% completion. What still needs to be done is:
- Some modification to the rating system of the auction script
- Scanning a few php files and improve sloppy parts of code
- Finishing the styling of a few modules on the website
I'm looking for someone or a team that has very good knowledge of php, is familiar with the joomla framework and thinks along with me and the project.
The website uses the community builder component by Joomlapolis, so experience with this component is required in order to finish the project fast.
Again, I need a quality programmer / team who know(s) what he/theyre doing and not a joomla 'expert' that pulls his code by 'changing zero's and ones, copy & paste snippets from elsewhere, until something happens' if you know what I mean.
