Digital Music, Movies, Books Sales and Distribution Website

The website will basically consist of 3 parts as below; 1- Front store: retail store where the products are displayed, featured and can be bought by visitors. 2- Content owner panel: where the approved artists, record labels, upload, manage and submit their content to be sold on front store. 3- Main admin: where the site administrator can manage both the front store or the content owner's panel. Front store; Simple and easy design, should not look like just another ready-made random website. Some colour and personality should be added. Powerful and easy search engine. The content owner admin panel; Basic options should be like as below: Create a new release > Fill in all the release details > "Submit for approval" or "save for later" to edit and work upon the details. Sales, revenue activity report about each product and also in total (music album 1, music album 2, total sales report etc.) There should be limitations when the content owner tries to upload something different than the site's standards (For example if we specify the album artwork for 1000x1000 jpg format no bigger than 4mb, the uploader should not be allowed to upload any other formats, types). Release title, picture, and content fields, price tag, release date, sales date copyright info and alik forms etc. should be filled by the uploader before submitting for approval. (I will provide this details for each specific category -music-video-book- once we negotiated.) Search in releases - to find and re-edit. Search in pre-released products which are previously saved for later to work upon on it. Able to edit artist page - header image. can create different users under their accounts to help them with content uploads, etc. Content owner can also be a distributor who enter different labels' products in one account therefore the products should also have label information. Main admin: --- Whole control Advance search through products Able to edit every single detail on products submited. Able to edit every content owner account Should have levels for different administrator roles Manage featured products, best-sellers etc. Able to create "product lists under a title and description" and shared through the front-store (for example: 100 best new year songs or best 20 gifts for her etc.) It is important for us to work with a freelancer who has completed such a project.
