Hi there: This project is for someone who will completely re-design the site [login to view URL] -- I want a really cool flashy fun theme. I still want the cloud tags and the search bar, but I want some cool custom graphics. I am not that picky, I don't really have any ideas -- so just show me a few ideas and we can do the redesign. I do want on the front page some of the fresh new videos that come in and what people are watching similar to kind of [login to view URL] -- some basic php knowledge is required although you won't do any php coding,. you'll simply have to look at the other code to figure out how it displays the windows. Should be pretty easy. Programmer must have knowledge of smarty. This project needs to have a HIGH impact view and very professional. No laziness or amateurs. Willing to pay even more, but you have to sell me on it! You must know color armonies and be a css expert as need this to be as impressive as possible for the end user. I also want at least 3 MOCKUPS so I can choose. Project budget is around $250-350 -- show me your portfolio and some sites you have done. Thanks Jason
