We are looking to have a website coded in HTML. This website will be used to allow people in a geographical area to advertise machines (bulldozers, etc…) they have that are up for rent. Users of this website will be able to rent machines from other contractors and rent out their own machines. A second component to the service of the website will be users who are looking to do labor work, such as cutting grass and shoveling snow. Contractors should be able to post up a project that details how many people they are looking for, in what area, and for what work. People looking to do this labor should be able to contact these contractors and then complete the job. After completion, the contractor should be able to leave a rating for the laborer out of 5 stars, kind of like the system here on Freelancer. Users should need to have a membership in order to use the services on the site. There should also be an option to put in a “coupon code” where a user can enjoy a “2-week free pass” of the site’s service. We should be able to generate these free pass codes at will. We are looking for the design to have a simple, user-friendly layout.
