WHMCS & PaysafeCard Gateway integration - repost

We are using Joomla 2.5 integrated with WHMCS 5.1.5 for our webhosting company to maintain customers and billing and sell internet services.
Recently we started a partnership with the paysafecard gateway. [[login to view URL]]
PaysafeCard uses SOAP-based web service, in order to establish a connection and proceed with a customer payment.

We need an expert php programmer to understand this api and write the required code in order our whmcs to connect with paysafecard and complete the customer transactions.
Some percentage of writing the code is already done, but due to recent changes on paysafecard and whmcs, this need to be checked again and fix required issues.
PHP programmer must be familiar with API / SOAP coding , and expert on joomla/whmcs.
