PSD to Responsive HTML5 Conversion

Who are we: We are a web design & development team who create high quality stock components, templates and WordPress themes for sale online. We are looking for a long term working relationship with a developer(s) of great skill and attention to detail. What we are looking for: We are looking for someone convert Photoshop website designs into responsive HTML5 layouts. Only high quality, pixel perfect, standards compliant, cleanly coded layouts will be accepted. This first project will be a 10 page portfolio design. A layered Photoshop file will be provided for each page of the template. While this initial project will not include any WordPress based work, if a bidder has WordPress development experience (PHP), this will be a distinct advantage, because in later projects WordPress will be needed. Requirement: Valid HTML5 using the new tags: Header, aside, footer, section, etc. Absolutely no tables are permitted. Full Responsive Layouts based on the Twitter Bootstrap Framework (Latest version). The design may alter some of the bootstrap framework's functionality. Where this happens, changes to the framework need to be made in a non-destructive way. The bootstrap files must remain untouched. All bootstrap widgets must be styled to suit the style of the template's design. All pages in the whole template must share the same base structure & markup so that the template may be easily converted into a WordPress theme by us at a later date. The use of id's for styling purposes is prohided. Styling should be added using class names only. All pages will have the same header and footer and menu layout and therefore we require the use of PHP to create the pages and avoid pointless repetition. (PHP standard inlcude/require functions) All External CSS, no inline or internal CSS is to be used. The Design will require use of CSS3 Clean and organised HTML markup and CSS is required, which have comments placed throughout. Resulting layouts must be fully tested on all browsers in the browser compatibility list below. For browsers such as IE8, CSS3 style effects, are not required. Use of CSS sprites for icons is required. Custom Javascript functionality will not be required, but markup and CSS preparation for Javascript based parts of the site will need to be inserted. Also the Javascript components in the bootstrap framework should be understood. Browser Compatibility Required: FireFox, Chrome, Opera, Safari (Latest Versions at time of Development) IE8, IE9 Mobile: iOS5+ (iPhone & iPad) , Android - Honeycomb & Ice Cream Sandwich (Phone & Tablet) Knowledge required: CSS3 HTML5 PHP Some knowledge of Javascript/jQuery Photoshop (to read the design psds & extract graphics) Responsive Development Familiar with Twitter Bootstrap Framework Ability to write & communicate well in English Test exercise: Before we select the final candidate we need to be sure that they posses the skills required. Therefore we will contact shortlisted bidders and send a short test which will verify the bidder's knowledge of Twitter bootstrap, responsiveness & CSS. Time Until Proposal Closes: 2 weeks Price Proposals: We are looking for a fixed price based on the number of pages and the technical requirements stated above. Please take into account that only high quality work will be accepted. Delivery Time Frame: 2 Weeks Copyright Terms: All copyright of the resulting material will be considered passed to us. The winning bidder will also be required to sign a non disclosure agreement (NDA).
