I have a module prototype that is a flash video that was created with Cinema 4D and needs to be made into a frontpage module that works like a menu. My thoughts are that it would require some php, css and html knowledge to complete this task but I would need someone who has extensive experience with the JoomlaXTC Framework for template (CityLife Template).
