Edit and extend an existing php/mysql rating script

I have a self written rating script working with php, mysql and html: [login to view URL] The script should be extended with the following features: - I want the possibility to add up to 10 different tags for every single product directly with phpMyAdmin. Products with the same tags should be listet like this URL: [login to view URL] (in a compatible design). All Tags should be viewed on the left side of every page as a cloud and linked with the list of the tagged products. - Visitors should have the possibility to comment the ratings from customers. Therefore there should be a link above "Diesen Kommentar melden" at every rating with the description "Bewertung kommentieren". Written comments should be shown under the rating text in a new box (in a compatible design). Headline of this box: "Kommentar zu dieser Bewertung". Comments can be answered again (like a forum). Comments have to be captcha secured (like the ratings are [login to view URL]). All comments should be fold up under the ratings. Therefore a link with the description "Es gib X Kommentare zu dieser Bewertung" and a image like "+" should be placed at the right bottom of every rating box (below "Diesen Kommentar melden"). If visitors click on this link, the comments should expand.
