Amazon MWS - Get Stock Quantity Integrate with osCommerce

Using Amazon MWS, I need to get the stock quantity of products stored in Amazon into an oscommerce type website to synch the stock control. The products will be matched amazon>website by sku. (in the website, that would be the product_model field) It should show the stock on the site and also the stock in amazon. The option to synch the stock should be either way - From amazon to website, or from website to amazon, with one click. For this project, you will need a vanilla/stock version of oscommerce and you will need to host it on your own servers whilst you develop and test this. You will also need your own amazon developer log in details and and active amazon account so you can test this. Access to my account cannot be given. If you do not have access to amazon mws and an amazon selling account and you cannot host a stock version of oscommerce then you will not be able to work on this project, so please dont place a bid. I would need to see it working on your test website before you handover the files and we complete this job.
