Newspaper Subscription Component Integration

FUlly automated paid subsciption through our joomla web portal. All content must be visible as only teasers until registered/paid. We need the user to be able to register oneself and pay through credit card (paypal ok, but not preferred). Once the payment is done, the subscription status should become active and allow the member to view the content. The administrator shoulc also be able to add/edit/delete subscribers and view reports regarding subscription status. Once the subscription expires, the member status becomes inactive. There will also be configuration settings in admin panel so that one can set automatic renewal reminder to subscribers. There should be a visually appealing front-end to this, as well as a sensible backend. It would be great to see something like the
