Hi,
What I need is relatively simple.
Please do not bid if you don't know what you're doing. Examples of previous customizations will go a long way if you want to win this job.
Ok here's what I need:
A custom Joomla Registration Form with the following fields:
Name
Zip
And a checkbox that will confirm user subscription to additional future correspondence. Like "I will Email you if it's sunny outside (Check for Yes/ Leave blank for No)."
Requirements:
1. The registration MUST auto-generate a password for the user and email that password to the user.
2. Name field MUST be the User Name
3. The registration MUST auto-login the user onsubmit and redirect to a specific page - one that will be hidden from non-registered users.
4. Core Joomla registration MUST be worked around. In other words, when the user clicks "Create an account" in the login form, he/she must be redirected to the form you are creating.
5. Custom success message display.
6. Tables for fields must be created on BOTH the admin side and in the database so that mass emailing can be done according to the user's zip code.
If you can somehow manage to make the data down-loadable in some spreadsheet format, there's a $50 bonus in it for you.
AJAX is preferred but not necessary. Please include whether your work be done with or without AJAX in your bid.
