Web Crawler Required

I want to be able to collate details from websites on the internet automatically, searching for the information by using keywords that I enter. It should return the details of the keywords I have entered to a database so that is downloadable in excel, / .csv format. Please enter details of what you can do to enable this. I am not looking for someone to surf the web extracting the details yet so don't offer those [login to view URL] must be included in bid as I am not sure of a cost yet Please do not post contact details and, do not contact me direct.
