Request for quote for toolbar builder program

Looking to create an Internet Explorer toolbar builder program which I would own and have full source code and resale rights to. This program would allow me to create and maintain one or more custom toolbars which can be distributed to web site visitors. The following features are required: - ability to create toolbar using a user friendly interface (e.g. GUI or web based) which includes an easy way of previewing the toolbar as I am creating it - ability to insert graphic/logos - ability to add unlimited amount (within reason) of following: - buttons - images - search boxes - edit boxes - drop down menus - text - separators - ability to have multiple, nested menus (folders within menus similar to the way IE Favorites works) - menu icons - ability to have bitmaps next to each entry in drop down menu - ability to have combo drop down/text boxes - e.g. user can select a search engine from a drop down list then enter text into a search box to query that engine - ability to submit query to web site/search engine via either GET or POST method - ability to have buttons or menu entries call javascript code or bookmarklets (for more info see [login to view URL]) - e.g. button which highlights all e-mail ad - ability to insert [SEARCHTEXT] into search engine query strings - ability to insert [CURRENTURL] variable into search engine / button queries e.g. If the user is visiting [login to view URL], clicking on 'Find Owner' button can call www.netsol.com/whois/domain=[login to view URL] - ability to web install (like Google's toolbar) - e.g. CAB file - small download footprint - ideally <= 400K in size - ability to be cleanly de-installed via Windows control panel - no presence of spyware or internal tracking of user activities - ability to remotely update by updating a text configuration file located on our server. When config file updated, all downloaded toolbars should automatically update. I am looking to establish a long term relationship with the programmer / programming firm who creates this tool as I would like to improve and enhance it for years to come. I also have a number of other projects under development and would prefer to deal with one point of contact. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Toolbar must be compat. with IE5+
