83068 Pass $vars from Perl to PHP

I posted this job as urgent last night, but unfortuneately my client moved the goalposts a few times and I had to cancel it pending a real decision, so apologies if you bid, but now I have clarified everything so it's going ahead. This job involves adding to an existing perl script in order to post some variables that it has already collected to a PHP script that you will write, which itself will email me with a list of the variables. I expect a neat and well commented job, and you will need to be conversant in both perl and PHP. This is my first project on this site and I will be more likely to choose a programmer with an existing record. Payment will be by PayPal immediately that I have tested and verified the scripts from the chosen programmer. Sorry if I expect you to pass me the work first but I have to verify it using a live credit card transaction and it involves two servers, two programming languages and an .htaccess file. Timescale for the job is urgent. It's Friday night (1-40am!) here in the UK and I need to select someone hopefully in the next 1hr 30mins, then go to bed, wake up in the morning to an email with the scripts, verify them before lunch, and if all is well, send you the money then jump in the car for a weekend at my parents place ... yes, flying by the seat of my pants again. I should think there's no more than an hour or so in this for someone who knows what they're doing, so please, no taking the mick, let's build some trust and I'll probably use you again :)
