Need Dynamic Website Expert

I am updating my current needs as follows: 1) I need interactive forms programmed on a website I will have hosted online using Front Page 2003. 2) I need a Log-in page programmed. 3) I need a storefront integration. 4) I need a message system incorporated into the site. I DO NOT NEED EMAIL! I need an intra-web communication system. This system would allow members to sort of instant message one another within the system. 5) I need statistical tracking of form inputs to automatically post into several locations on the site. The general medium of the site is that members will pay to become members of a poetry site. They need to have the following abilities: a) Create a home page for themselves. b) Post and edit poems and have them online. c) review poems and have those scores tabulated and recorded onto other pages on the site. d) ability to send and receive messages instantly. e) pay online using a credit card. 6) the site will be developed utilizing msql, Front Page Server Extensions and perhaps Sharepoint. 7) Mainly, I need attractive forms, the ability for these forms to post instantly on the site. 8) I need the code to be commented. 9) I need the code to be bug free. 10) I reserve all rights to anything relative to the site.
