mySQL database creation(repost)

The purpose of this project is to create mysql database tables on the fly for data entry and admin purposes, as well as to send faxes using WinFax Pro SDK and print mail labels by sending the commands directly to a Zebra TLP2844 barcode printer through a COM port. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) Seller agrees that seller’s source code must not contain any malware, spyware, adware, Trojans, viruses etc. or else buyer will reserve the right to discontinue work with seller without any payment, give seller a bad rating and report this to RAC. 5) Buyer will give seller a test account and seller agrees to keep the test account details private and confidential and use the test account in good faith and purely for the bidded project and not do anything that will compromise the security, stability, uptime or system resources of the server upon which the test account is hosted, failing which seller agrees that buyer will reserve the right to discontinue work with seller without any payment, give seller a bad rating and report this to RAC. 6) Seller must not disclose to third parties or make use of any portion of our script specifications, scripts, source code, data, databases, communication or our working relationship in any way including but not limited to the use of the names or websites of our company or affiliated companies in their portfolio or resume even after the completion or termination of this project. ## Platform Unix, Windows, PC and Mac, all browsers including IE, Firefox, Opera, Netscape, Safari, etc.
